Here’s why you want this role!

Your primary focus will be to use your customer support skills in seeking out the real needs of each project so we can continue to provide market leading service and provide solutions that meet the original design intent.

On any given day you will:

* Answer incoming calls and emails, identify client needs and provide timely response in a professional manner.

* Support clients during the early design phase of their projects by assisting in writing clear and concise specifications, providing samples and budget pricing.

* Work together with colleagues to develop workable solutions that meet all project requirements.

* Record phone call and meeting data. You’ll need to keep our CRM up-to-date with your activity results to assist opportunity management and reporting.

* Build strong relationships with clients that result in business growth.

Skills and experience needed

We’ll be looking for someone who has at least two years’ experience in a similar sales role. We definitely want someone that has:

* Worked in a team environment and demonstrates team player traits.

* At least 2 years in a sales environment. B2B experience would be ideal and you’re confident in uncovering client needs and problem solving.

* The ability to understand and translate technical solutions into messaging our customers can understand.

* A team approach. This role requires you to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure we are providing market leading service to our clients.

* Technical ability with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and you know your way around a CRM.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills—our customers need to understand you & you need to keep our CRM in pristine condition.

We will provide full training and ongoing support.
