Remuneration/Benefit: Staff Level 5
This is a great opportunity within the Civil Infrastructure Team as a Resource Officer. This is a position in which you will maximise staff utilisation to support maintenance and renewals activities. You will assist with the design and delivery of a resource plan aligned to a programme of works or a specific programme.
About the role:
- Work with key stakeholders, utilising guidance and support to effectively design, plan, coordinate and deliver an integrated resource plan.
- Provide support to maintain and update relevant databases and systems relating to resource allocation.
- Support with the implementation of improvement initiatives and opportunities utilising investigation and analysis to inform recommendations.
- Provide support to deliver effective and efficient coordination of a resourcing program to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders and their schedules, whilst operating in line with required safety benchmarks and protocols.
- Report on progress of works and safe working incidents or improvements during the possession period and participate in lessons learnt sessions after each possession to support continuous improvement.
About you:
- Sound knowledge of asset maintenance principles, resource planning and safe working
- principles.
- Demonstrated level of skill in the programming and coordination of the staff involved with
- civil asset maintenance and renewals.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Substantial level of skill in arranging internal and external labour and plant resources in
- Ability to manage competing priorities whilst managing stakeholders’ expectations
