Our Data, Analytics and Transformation team look to use data driven insights, advanced analytics and technology solutions, coupled with relentless execution and meticulous change management, to drive our business towards our vision of being first choice. We require a Manager – Projects and Strategic Initiatives to drive key strategic and process improvement initiatives, provide leadership to the project team and deliver project management, strategic planning and implementation.

Reporting into the Head of Data, Analytics & Transformation, you will ensure projects are being managed within approved company frameworks, timelines and budgets through effective communication, time and people management.

Key responsibility areas include but will not be limited to:

  • Plan and manage all allocated and approved projects from beginning to end
  • Develop the strategic project function though best practice (Agile), change management
  • Manage the performance and development of the project team
  • Project scope/cost dimensions, incorporating cost benefit analysis
  • Practice effective change management to ensure successful project rollout
  • Effective communication of project outcomes and expectations
  • Ensure continuous improvement across the project function
  • Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including software vendors

This is a demanding role that requires

  • Qualifications in a relevant field or experience in a similar role
  • Background within IT Project management ideally with PM certification
  • Understanding of technical IT (web development, UX/UI design, omni-channel solutions and CRM platforms)
  • Experience with people leadership and developing high performing teams
  • Knowledge of the Contact Centre/Collections Industry will be highly regarded
