What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Director, Redevelopment, the primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager role is to manage and implement a range of capital projects within Peninsula Health. The role will be responsible leading key areas for the project including tendering, operational readiness planning, Model of Care, technical and commercial areas.
This role will also be responsible for feasibility and schematic planning, design development, managing relationships with staff, stakeholder and government, engagement and management of consultants and contractors, project budget and delivery and performance reporting.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Extensive Project Management Experience
• Ability to consult, liaise with and influence key stakeholders
• Previous experience in Health Service Construction
• Ability to set clearly defined objectives and priorities and operates accordingly
• Extensive experience in preparing briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise language
• Leadership skills
