Our client is a family-owned company that has been a leader in the homecare business for over five generations and has developed the world’s best cleaning tools.
Having had strong performance throughout the last 12 months they are now looking to expand their team and are on the lookout for their next customer service superstar.
You will be joining a small team with great tenure and will receive on the job training for this role.
Located in the South Eastern Suburbs you will join a small team of customer care professionals and will be the first point of contact for their consumers. Your day will consist of responding to emails and inbound phone calls which will vary from offering product support and troubleshooting, complaint handling and some cross selling where required.
Aiming for first touch resolution you will use your excellent customer service skills to assist in finding the best solution for the consumer with their enquiry.
This role is an ongoing temporary position with view to permanency.
IDEAL CANDITDATE WILL HAVE:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience in either a call centre or face to face retail environment
- Previous experience in a similar role
WHATS ON OFFER
- Excellent Hourly Rate $27.40 + super
- Summer time hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - Midday Friday
- South Eastern Suburbs location with onsite parking
