KPMG is currently seeking a full time Documentation Administrator to work as part of a fast-growing remediation project based in Rhodes on a 12-month contract. The role is responsible for delivering a complete file and ensuring all required information is being given to our Case Assessment team which will enable them to commence the customer remediation process.

Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Categorising information on the customer case file
  • Organising documents chronologically
  • Understand and identify any issues and missing documentation
  • Checking customer files for completeness
  • Escalating emerging trends and concerns to assist with process improvement

  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target driven, fast paced environment
