The role of the Site Supervisor is to oversee the provision of security services at the site in line with SOPs and agreed service levels. To co-ordinate day to day work of MSS employees at the site.  You will be required to go through specific site clearances, such as a credit check, criminal check & driving record check. MUST have a 10 year checkable background

This role will also be responsible for ensuring that all staff are trained and qualified to work in a security environment & too liaise with client representatives to ensure optimal levels of service.

Key Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide day to day direction to reports on site
  • Ensure all new employees are fully inducted in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure all personnel fully conform to company policy as well as Site Standing Orders and other instructions.
  • Ensure the site is equipped with adequate communications.
  • Provide advice, counselling, guidance to personnel in regards to risk and performance management issues.
  • Ensure all guards are correctly uniformed and licensed.
  • Promote customer service by providing courteous and helpful assistance to client enquiries
  • Ensure prompt attention is given to any customer dissatisfaction by communicating to the relevant MSS Manager.
  • Be aware of, follow and enforce company and client policy and procedures on HSE and QA.
  • Roll out toolbox-talks and relay other memos and company information.
  • Provide positive leadership by example to all reports.
  • Other duties as required by the Management.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • NSW Security Licence as per individual state requirements
  • NSW Drivers licence
  • Ability to obtain site specific clearances as required
