About the role
Maxima are currently recruiting experienced Administration officers to start on the 22nd of February and finish on the 7th of May. Beginning at 8am and working through until 5pm. This position undertakes managing incoming immunisation consent forms, preparing record cards and general office-based administration duties. The pay rate for this role is $28.49/hr with 38 hours per week.

Duties:

  • Managing incoming immunisation consent forms, preparing record cards and general office-based administration duties
  • Prepare written documents such as agendas, minutes, letters, newsletters, posters, forms and web site content
  • Undertake data entry and records maintenance
  • Extract and check data reports for accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve data errors and non-routine customer service enquiries

Applicants must have:

  • Drivers licence
  • Police check
  • As working in an "at risk work location" or is an "at risk" worker. It is compulsory that the incumbent be protected by the relevant immunisation. (Including Hep A & B, Tetanus, Pertussis, MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Chickenpox)
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to deal with other officers with tact, understanding and encouragement in performance of duties
  • Demonstrated high degree of literacy and numeracy is essential, including the ability to draft accurate business letters and memos
  • Demonstrated sound communication skills with ability to deal with clients at all levels and to make prompt reliable decisions within bounds of allocated responsibilities
  • Possess the ability to work as a team member through active involvement in the pursuit of the objectives of the Branch.
