TP Human Capital is currently recruiting for Project Manager - Capital Works to work with our large, locally based Townsville client in a temporary opportunity. Ideally, you will have experience within the building or engineering industry.

The Role:

Coordinate and manage medium to large scale projects including:

• Scoping, design, drafting, site preparation and contract delivery phases
• Development of tender specifications
• Contract administration
• Monitor and prioritise time and focus across multiple and concurrent projects and managing associated contractors
• Establish project plans, dependencies and milestones to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects
• Undertaking objective and systematic analysis of project components to identify issues that may compromise successful project implementation

The Person:

• Qualifications in project management
• Engineering qualifications
• Experience in government procurement, tender processes and contract management
• Experience in planning, managing and monitoring multiple infrastructure projects
• Strong technical expertise and extensive experience in facility and infrastructure management
• Thrive under pressure, have an eye for detail
