Your Opportunity
As a Workshop Supervisor you will be an integral member of our CPB SMP project team. Your focus will be on the day to day management of site based plant and assets, relevant workshops and personnel. This position is fly in / fly out (FIFO) on a 15:6 roster.
What We Are Seeking
- Demonstrated Workshop Supervisor experience working on large scale SMP projects
- Mechanical Trade qualification or equivalent.
- Previous FIFO experience
- Experience supervising and leading a team of maintenance personnel to comply with maintenance plans and equipment life cycle requirements.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Drive safety and performance within your work teams
- Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels
- A permanent full-time position with Australia’s largest construction contractor
