What are we looking for?

• Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency or full working rights
• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery(overseas qualifications will be assessed as part of the process)
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments is desirable
• A culinary professional with a passion for cooking & demonstrated knowledge of HACCP
