We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Queensland Commercial Sales team who are based at our new site in Pinkenba.

Reporting through to our QLD Commercial and Design Manager in this role you will act as the front-line ‘face of GWA’ to our Commercial and Design Customers. These customers include Design Architects, Designers, Developers, and Commercial Builders and Plumbers. Your ‘patch’ will predominantly be Brisbane CBD, with occasional customer visits to the Sunshine and Gold Coast regions.

This is an exciting role where you can bring your passion and experience from within the Design industry to help GWA bring to life our purpose of making life better with superior solutions for water!

  • Be a ‘real people person’ and enjoy working with customers to achieve mutually beneficial results
  • Enjoy chasing the sale and have a real drive for achieving results, in other words you don’t wait for the sale to come to you, you hunt in down!
  • Be adaptable and agile, with a demonstrated ability to create great customer experiences
  • Understand the benefits of using a CRM the way it is ‘intended’ and getting the benefits from it
  • Enjoy working in the new virtual hybrid world of video calls and be confident having great customer interactions in this new world
  • And preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing
