THE ROLE
Great opportunity to join the Moorabbin Can Line Project Team. Immerse yourself in a diverse role with accountabilities including SAP transactions for project purchasing, coordinating project team joint activities, maintaining project documentation.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintaining proper financial transaction and legal records of project activities
- Coordinating project team group activities - audits, risk reviews, travel, leave and meetings
- Preparing project communication material to stakeholders
- Managing stakeholder relationships including Project Team Members, Amatil stakeholders and vendors
- Team support and administration
- Understanding of business finance processes - purchasing, accounts payable, approval & governance processes
- Basic construction or engineering project knowledge: contracts, contractors, payment claims, design documentation control
- Ability to work in a team environment
