NSW Business Development Manager - Fleet Management / Leases
Our Client is a leading provider of fleet management solutions in Australia. They have offices all over the country and with a raft of new sales tools being brought into use the company is looking to secure a new business sales person in Sydney to drive new sales initiatives and capitalise on favourable market conditions to secure opportunities in the NSW market.

The Role on offer
Working in head office, surrounded by exceptional managers - each leaders with over 20 years industry experience and a passion for the industry that is unrivaled you will be involved in new client identification through to contract signing. You will be backed by an exceptional management team who will be able to assist in structuring your approach, building your product knowledge and helping define the best solution for the client once you have opened the door. The business has some of the most advanced sales tools in the market at your disposal and with an established customer base available for you to leverage there will be unlimited sales opportunities and career potential in Sydney and Nationally for the right candidate. You can expect to be involved in regular training, sales conferences and an exceptional team culture.

Salary for this role will consist of:

  • Competitive Base Salary to attract the right candidate
  • Fully Maintained company vehicle
  • Uncapped incentive plan incorporating monthly commission as well as quarterly and annual bonuses. OTE $150K Uncapped
  • Tools of the trade - Mobile Phone / Laptop
Selection Criteria
To be successful in your application for this role you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • You must have a proven track record in new business sales. Preferably in Solutions based fields where Finance is a regular component of any deal.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for new business sales in the B2B space.
  • Proven relationship building skills in new business functions.
  • You are comfortable talking to Procurement, Finance and C - Level contacts in Medium to Large entities
  • You are able to build trust and rapport with clients and have a solution oriented mindet
  • Candidates from the business machines or capital equipment that is sold on finance industries are encouraged to apply
  • A strategic sales approach with an understanding of how important prospecting activity is to winning business.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with and negotiating with the highest levels of the organisational chart.
  • Candidates who are self motivated, goal oriented and have a positive mindset need only apply for this role.
