Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking dynamic Registered Nurses to join our team at Canterbury Community Health Centre!

Do you have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Qualifications in Child and Family health Nursing or currently undertaking the Child and Family Health Nursing accredited course?

Do you have demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with children and families within an evidence based framework?

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of person centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

To be considered for this role you must have…

  • The ability to work Monday - Friday roster (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence (P2 licence is acceptable)
