Client Details
We are seeking candidates for HR Administration Assistant for our client based in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and advanced level of Japanese language proficiency.
Description
The key responsibilities and duties:
- Handle monthly payroll, payroll reconciliation, payroll tax and worker's compensation
- Conduct leave calculations and accruals
- Assist in preparing documentations and presentations
- Assist in budgeting and other HR projects
- Provide various administrative support (e.g. data entry and document management)
- Other ad-hoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Japanese language skills preferred
- Experience in payroll role will be highly regarded
- Experience in SAP will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skill and organizational skill
- Strong administrative skill
- A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadline as required
- Proficiency with MS Office
