About The Merri Cafe

The Merri Cafe creates delicious, abundant and seasonal food that inspires people to think about their own food choices. The Merri Cafe links growing, cooking, eating and learning - to put food back at the centre of our lives in a way that benefits the community and enriches lives.

The Merri Cafe is a licensed restaurant returning to 7 days a week operation serving breakfast and lunch to the CERES community. All of the food and drinks served are organic, local, and seasonal, with the daily offerings showcasing the best of Victorian produce.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a hospitality professional with at least three years’ industry experience in a similar fast paced environment. Drawing on your operational experience and staff supervision skills you will lead and mentor your team to deliver consistently high standards of service productivity. Candidates will be highly organised, energetic and enthusiastic in this hands-on role.
