What we are looking for:

WooliesX is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to work within the eCom tribe who will support product and promotion content to create an optimised digital experience for all of our customers.
As a key member of the Product Content, Data & Search chapter, you will work closely with the broader digital and eCom chapters to enrich content within our online store and app as we continue to enhance our customers' online shopping experience.

What you’ll do:

You are passionate about being part of a tribe of great people. On a day to day basis, you will be working in a business that is continually evolving, being innovative and forward-thinking focussed on enhancing our customer experience.

  • Create, manage and optimise online promotional offers utilising our range of bespoke content management systems
  • Ensure the integrity of the weekly promotional cycle, with the intent to provide an optimised customer experience that increases promotional awareness to drive sales
  • Support internal and external stakeholders including our Customer Hub relating to product queries and promotional activities
  • Partner with content specialists on seasonal & promotional campaigns to ensure all promotional touch points are managed and optimised end to end
  • Generate and review weekly promotional data to provide tangible insights for all stakeholders

What you bring: 

  • 2-3 years eCom or digital experience and be familiar and passionate about all things digital. 
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content in addition to your intermediate excel skills.
  • Critical to success in this role will be your attention to detail. 
  • Focus, curiousity and empathy, with an eye for the bigger picture.
  • Passion for design or technology and are active in the community that sits around it.
