Customer Service/ Sales Administrator

Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer/ Sales Administrator for a long term assignment based in East Perth. Our client is a leading manufacturing company. This role would involve direct contact with all customers to process orders and deal with all general queries.

Start: ASAP
Length: 6 months (potential to be made permanent depending on business needs)
Hours: Monday - Fri full time (one Saturday per month required)
Hourly Rate: $33 + Super

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Liaising directly with a wide range of customers from numerous levels (labourers to project managers)
* Dealing with inbound calls
* Taking orders ensuring accurate data entry
* Organising deliveries to be on time for customers and negotiating delivery times when necessary
* Working closely with scheduling staff to ensure fleet planning
* Maximising load sizes and notifying customer of any changes to deliveries

Experience Required

* MUST have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service (phone based) role
* Strong knowledge of Perth suburbs and different locations
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be willing to work 1 Saturday per month
* Excellent communication skills
