This prestigious agency is currently seeking a motivated Property Management Assistant to join their team. Working within a well-oiled and collaborative team, this role is perfect for someone looking progress their career within the Property Management space.

The Position

In the role of Property Management Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Property Management team
  • Organise and show rental properties to prospective tenants
  • Take rental enquiries
  • Manage lease negotiations
  • Prepare and sign up lease agreements
  • Coordinate advertising for rentals
  • Update relevant websites and rental lists
  • Assist the Property Management team with repairs and maintenance requests, ingoing/outgoing inspections, and condition reports
  • Maintain tenant relationships
  • Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
  • Assist with property management administration

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Management Assistant will have:

  • Previous real estate experience essential
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • You will possess a strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillset
  • A high care factor and top-notch relationship-building skills
  • First class personal presentation is a given
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team
