We are currently recruiting for a permanent full time Policy Administration Analyst to join an extremely important division of the business. This area is responsible for the effective centralised management, calculation and monitoring of all of the related administration attached to a life insurance policy. The individual will be responsible for communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure all details are accurate and up to date across a variety of areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering a range of requests from advisers based around retail products.
- Being accountable for accuracy of details being input into various systems
- Liaise with client partners regarding policies and queries
- Conduct complex calculations and payments of commissions on various major policy alterations, including replacement business and associated journals.
- Participate in project work relating to legislative, and/or internal initiatives including product releases, mergers, demergers, integration, systems enhancements
- Respond to internal & external enquiries including complex matters. Research,
update records & respond as appropriate. Liaise with state offices, sales
management teams and head office business units as necessary - Provide New Business support to a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
We are looking for candidates who have held a role in the life insurance industry where they have had to deal with financial advisers in the past. Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills will make you successful in this role.
