The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill a full-time role as a Call Centre & Allocations Consultant role in our Adelaide office (located in Underdale). This role requires someone who has the flexibility to work a range of shifts between the hours of 7am and 10.30pm on a rotating basis. The role involves significant training and development opportunities and will require a high degree of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Key Requirements 

  • Proven experience in a call centre, allocations or scheduling/rostering role
  • Strong IT skills and an ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of the staffing/labour hire industry
  • Administrative experience
  • Any experience or knowledge of the disability and health sector will be looked upon favourably

Day to Day Duties  

  • Scheduling of field employees into appropriate client shifts
  • Alignment of rosters and conducting shift confirmations & cancellations
  • Receiving and actioning client requests
  • Reporting of injuries, incidents and complaints using appropriate business procedures
  • Ensuring orders are filled in a timely manner
  • Recording, maintaining and actioning area handovers
