Our prestigious client is seeking a Japanese-English speaker for Secretarial and administration duties to support the general administration and reports needs of the Sydney Branch.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Secretary
- Answering phones and attending visitors
- Receiving, opening, delivering mails.
- Preparing and managing client lists
- Responding to external inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Arranging business trips (including Reimbursing business trip expenses)
General Administrative Issues
- Handling expenditure (e.g. preparing paychecks)
- Preparing monthly expenditure report
- Organizing file documents
- Research web or newspaper for various topic
- Safety-relates issues
- Other general administrative issues including correspondence to HQ
- Procurement and maintenance of goods and services, including relevant internal application procedure, making contracts, and corresponding with the providers
- Preparing application
- Report expense to head office
- Ad-Hoc Duties
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS
- Administration experience
- Secretary and personal assistant is plus, not mandatory
- Strong ability to communicate proficiently in written and spoken Japanese and English
- Expense and financial report experience is plus (Accuracy)
- Citizenship, permanent residency, or partner visa, etc.
