About the company:

Our client, a global pharmaceutical organisation and a leader in their field, require the assistance of Evolve Scientific Recruitment to source Project Engineers. This position is a 12 month contract with potential to go longer.

This ultra-modern facility is easily accessible by public transport and has free on-site parking. It is located not far from Melbourne CBD.

About the role:

Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager, your responsibilities may include:

• Managing small to medium sized projects
• Assisting in the preparation and approval of Capital Expenditure Proposals.
• Assisting with the technical design and implementation of projects
• Raising purchase order numbers for supply of goods and services
• Preparing specifications, drawings and documentation
• Assisting in the planning and coordination of activities
• Assisting with the maintenance of documentation

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a highly regulated environment as a Project Engineer, ideally in a Food or Pharmaceutical environment.

You will have a Bachelor of Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related discapline.

You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
