National Workforce has opportunities available with an immediate start for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing facility in Arndell Park. There are available positions across Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts.

Job Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced GMP / food environment
• Set up and run machines in accordance with job instructions and specifications with particular attention to pre-start safety checks
• Manually loading and unloading materials within the areas.
• Measuring, counting, and weighing products
• Inspecting in-process and finished products to ensure quality.
• Recording batch information on forms and documentation.
• Routinely cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
• Be prepared to work with Meat and Food Products
• Ability to stand for long periods and complete repetitive manual tasks
• Sound understanding of HACCAP principles & QC practices
• Safety conscious, follow the safety rules, and be mindful of risks
• Ability to work in a cold environment when required.

• Willingness to learn new processes & procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is a distinct advantage.
