Our client a leader in its field is looking for a Senior Project Manager with SAP Financial experience to join an SAP Concur implementation.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you will be responsible for the full range of activities required to complete a project as efficiently and promptly as possible. The key goal is the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline an budget.

Your Responsibilities will include

  • Initiate new projects as allocated based on roadmap priority
  • Co-ordinate staff and internal resources who are allocated to the project teams
  • Co-ordinate external resources: contractors, third party/vendor partners, etc.
  • Establish Steering Committee and Working Group governance structure per project
  • Own the project plan, manage project progress and adapt as required
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ensure traceability of the delivery lifecycle by storing all key deliverables in the project SharePoint repository
  • Work with Change Manager to: generate impact assessments, manage impact to stakeholders, deliver training, communications, etc.
  • Through project delivery, develop an understanding of the business functions and processes and the context in which they operate
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility from business and technology perspectives
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

About You

To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess the following:

  • Minimum 5 years' PM experience
  • One or more formal qualifications/certifications (Prince2, PMP).
  • Experience in project implementation of SAP Concur is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of ERP/financial systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
  • Technology solution implementation experience
  • Detail oriented with good organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
