WOW Recruitment are looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to join an exciting tech company in a huge hyper-growth stage based in Sydney CBD, starting ASAP.

What you will be doing
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for the business educating new and existing users about the productive. Your drive, passion and natural ability to build strong relationships will be the foundation of success while you consult prospective clients through the sales process. 

  • Educate prospective clients about the value of the product
  • Quickly establish trust & qualify leads via phone-based conversations
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound communications
  • Leverage business from new & established relationships
  • Strong pipeline management and accurate data entry using CRM
  • Generating leads through internal database and marketing campaigns follow up
  • Ability to plan and strategise to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Adhering to sales processes to ensure the smooth on-boarding of a new client and maximise subscription longevity


What you will bring:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years proven phone base sales experience
  • A good understanding of Small Business or lead generation marketing strategies
  • Efficient skills in building rapport, negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, or HubSpot)
  • Ambition, drive and a strong work-ethic
  • Genuine interest in the tech industry and developing your sales career
  • Transparency, adaptability and student-mentality
