WOW is currently looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our clients team in Pyrmont! They are a boutique finance and loan company situated in a modern office right on Jones Bay wharf!
About the role:
As a Junior Office Assistant, you will provide support to the General Manager and the wider team, you will perform several administrative duties in a fast-paced and fun environment. This opportunity provides long term career growth as our business grows. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible working environment with some work from home available.
Key Duties:
- Providing administration support to the General and the wider team
- Data entry and document scanning
- Answering incoming calls
- Filing and management of documents
- General administration duties
About you:
The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter and capable of working across multiple areas and someone who has a friendly outgoing personality and the ability to work within a team environment. People without administration experience will be considered if you are motivated, organised and willing to learn.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in an office-based environment
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running and the initiative to support the team
