WOW Recruitment are looking for Account Manager to join an innovative tech company in a huge hyper-growth stage based in Sydney CBD, starting ASAP.

What you will be doing As an Account Manager, your customer centric approach will be pivotal in helping clients understand and optimise the product to grow their client base. Your primary goal is to maintain and grow your portfolio through building incredible relationships, forward planning and proactive customer service.
 

  • Educating and enlightening our clients on our products and services
  • Proactively maintain the value of your assigned customer portfolio 
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to grow your portfolio
  • Create long-lasting relationships with customers through a call cycle plan
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top tier service is provided and seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Achieve individual weekly and monthly KPI’s, and revenue targets
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of internal CRM for feedback, forecast, and pipeline accuracy


What you will bring: 

  • Min 1-2 years experience in customer-centric or a phone-based office role
  • Previous experience with CRM (E.g. Salesforce or Hubspot)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Incredible organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
  • Great work ethic, positive attitude and ambition to grow!
