About The Role

We are looking for passionate and committed people to join our team in Murray Bridge and the Adelaide Hills.

If you are compassionate, hardworking and dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with psychosocial disabilities and mental illness then we strongly encourage your application.

The role includes providing direct support services such as, assistance with home management, shopping, mentoring and engagement with community activities and other duties specified in the Support Plan.

All support is designed to include and consider carers, family and the client’s community of friends and neighbourhood.

You will also bring with you,

Certificate IV Mental Health
Sound knowledge of mental health and related comorbidities and the associated impacts on individuals, carers and community
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Current Driver’s License and willingness to use own vehicle
Current Provide First Aid Certificate
Availability to work across a range of shifts throughout the week/weekend

The Salary range will be dependent on experience and/or qualifications. We provide generous salary packaging benefits that enable you to increase and maximise your take home salary.
