The Job
We are actively seeking a young adult who wants to become part of a friendly team and gain experience with receptionist and administrative duties.
About You
You’re a passionate, outgoing individual who can complete tasks both on your own and in a team. You can easily work in a fast-paced environment, you are organised and thorough with your work, and you have fantastic customer service skills and experience.
Key Functions of the Role
- Being the first point of contact for all clients; both in person or over the telephone
- Responding to client enquires
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail/emails
- Keeping client data and information updated
- Preparing offices for client meetings
- Taking client bookings
- Administrative duties such as scanning, filing etc
- Taking client payments
- Assisting accountants when help is needed
Ideally you will have;
- Experience in customer service roles
- Be presentable and punctual
- Fluent English skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Be a resident of Australia

Salary: From $41,639.00 per year

Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
- Billing
