Are you seeking a dynamic social media marketing role where you can own the end to end strategy & execution of our group’s social media footprint?

This is a role that will have you working with some of Australia’s leading Automotive retail brands, at one of Brisbane’s most progressive & innovative dealer groups.

Due to our business portfolio expanding, we’re seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our Group Marketing department at Motorama.

This is a pivotal role in our business where you will be at the forefront, leading our retail stores to provide strategy, build content plans & execute these across our social channels, enhancing our online presence & amplifying our marketing & sales/service & retention initiatives.

This is the perfect role for someone who;
  • Has several years experience in a social media management / execution role,
  • Has a track record of consistently building multiple brand’s Social Media strategies & footprint.
  • Have an affinity for all things Automotive - an interest or passion for automotive would go along way (though not essential)
  • Loves to stay up to date & experiment with the latest social media best practices
  • Would love to join an innovative & dynamic team
  • Is a self starter with strong communication skills, able to manage competing priorities, and is ready to have a good time along the way!

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, we’d be looking for you to be able to hit the ground running! This includes;
  • Manage the end to end Social Media Strategy & content distribution for multiple stores/brands
  • Create, edit, publish & share engaging content to an agreed content calendar
  • Collaborate & engage with our local store teams to deliver & produce custom content
  • Report on channel KPI’s & adjust the strategy to suit
  • Manage multiple advertising budgets
  • Be a database whizz - curate & manage our audiences throughout our social channels
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Prior experience managing brand/s social media footprint, end to end
  • Experience in managing multiple social media marketing budgets
  • Fluent in using social insights & analytics to report, document & pivot on what you’ve delivered
  • Experience engaging & communicating with multiple stakeholders at all levels in the business
  • Ability to interpret digital/social KPI’s & turn this into meaningful strategy/actions
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively, in a team environment
