Position Description

Viatek is a services-based organisation comprising of two divisions, Viatek Managed Print Services and Viatek Technology, providing business solutions across all aspects of Print, Information Technology and Communications.

The Role

This position reports directly to the Service Manager and will see you responsible for but not limited too;

  • Answering phones and responding to customer requests, transferring calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Enter and receive consumables orders into eAutomate using validation techniques where required
  • Meter collection using a variety of methods. All collected meter readings will be entered into eAutomate with care and precision

What do you need to succeed?

We are searching for a candidate who is motivated, eager to learn and able to commit to a 12-month traineeship. If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

  • A strong command of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to continuously learn and develop
  • Outstanding written, verbal and communication skills
  • Positive work ethic and punctuality
  • Professional and detail oriented
  • A personal vehicle and DL would be preferred
