The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised HR and Recruitment administrator with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, who can work well under pressure. This is a full time position working within a very fast-paced environment. This role is to support the HR & Recruitment Manager on all HR administration and candidate resourcing for recruitment needs.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Raising staff offer letters, contracts, annexures, commission agreements etc
  • Manage general HR administration and preparation for on-boarding of new employees
  • Schedule employee probation, performance and position reviews
  • Ensure all HR employee and contractor files are compliant
  • Conduct quarterly audits on employee admin files
  • Review & shortlist applications for recruitment
  • Schedule interviews on behalf of HR & Recruitment Manager
  • Assisting with 1st interviews where necessary
  • Conducting feedback calls and reference checks
  • Conduct bi-annual audits on each office first aid kits
  • Maintain existing organisation charts and manuals
  • Keep abreast of REEF guidelines and Fair Work Australia
  • Assist in managing the company annual leave and staffing calendar
  • Liaise with payroll re updates and changes on behalf of the HR & Recruitment Manager
  • Assisting HR & Recruitment Manager with Work Experience program, careers evening and ad hoc events
  • Attending compulsory weekly meetings with the HR team, and monthly company meetings
  • Strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Must be someone who understands and adheres the high level of confidentiality that comes with this role
  • Demonstrated experience within this role previously
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Professional and friendly to both internal staff and external candidates
  • Strong time management and follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Must have worked within a high pressure administration role that required exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be corporately presented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Preference to have previous recruitment resourcing/support experience
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
