Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious marketer to drive accelerated growth across various objectives in the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan, execute, analyse and optimise your growth marketing plans, largely across digital platforms, with a key focus on building awareness, establishing thought leadership, driving demand generation and engagement, and generally growing the business. You will be exposed to diverse projects, giving you the opportunity to contribute to content strategy, campaign development and execution, paid media, web design, marketing automation and more. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter to contribute in a meaningful and highly visible way, with immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute existing, and develop new, growth marketing initiatives to achieve operational objectives and key results, and with a key focus on increasing awareness and driving engagement.

  • Manage social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) including campaign content creation.

  • Manage SEO related activities.

  • Develop creative strategies and executions for platforms and programs under management.

  • Perform detailed reporting on executed initiatives and present findings to the leadership team, along with optimisation and expansion recommendations.

  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist with the execution of activities and champion a growth mindset.

  • Participate and contribute in strategic planning sessions to present and champion Growth Marketing activities to ensure it remains a key component of go-to-market strategy.
