About the role

This role is for someone who is a creative thinker, driven by data and passionate about the customer journey to create highly successful marketing campaigns.

As the CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the engagement of BCF loyalty program members. This includes the planning and execution for integrated loyalty marketing content across channels including email, site and store signage as well as the coordination and of our member events. You will also play a key role in the execution of the test and learn framework for loyalty customer growth & retention initiatives.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop the creative briefs for loyalty marketing assets across multiple platforms.
  • Manage & ensure delivery of emails to the database in line with marketing plan.
  • Execute the test and learn framework for loyalty and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Support cross-channel integration to support customer experience accordingly & maximize business benefit
  • Build ongoing relationships with the Store Network and internal stakeholders acting as the point of contact for Member events and coordinate the associated marketing material.
  • Keeping on top of the latest industry trends for loyalty and competitor analysis to ensure you are generating fresh ideas for new campaigns.

To be successful in this role:

  • You will have a tertiary qualification within a Marketing related discipline
  • You will have demonstrated experience in a marketing specialist, loyalty specialist or CRM specialist role.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of digital direct marketing, including email and mobile marketing best practices.
  • High attention to detail, including proofing & editing.
  • You will have excellent time management skills.
  • High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
  • You have strong administrative and analytical skills and are experienced with some degree of stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with the following systems would be highly advantageous: Salesforce, Excel (Advanced), SAP, BW and Google Analytics
