Group Description

Our Funds Management Team operates within the broader national Capital Markets & Corporate (CMC) Business Line and has been ranked as a Band 1 practice by Chambers for over 5 years, with a reputation for excellence and innovation. The practice is led by Stuart Johnson, one of Australia's leading managed funds and capital markets lawyers and the Managing Partner of the CMC Business Line, and also includes partners Michael Lawson and Ker Wei Tiam.

The Team has a diverse client base which includes leading global fund managers, Australian and international real estate investment groups, local and international pension funds and institutional investors, the Big Four banks, private equity firms, super funds, boutique investment houses and other sophisticated local and international corporations. Many of our clients are blue chip entities listed on ASX or overseas exchanges.

Role Description

We are constantly growing our Team to support our current strategic growth plan. This position is for an Associate or Senior Associate level lawyer to join our growing transactional corporate/funds team.
