The Company:
We have partnered with an Australian owned and made food business that has had exceptional success recently due to their innovation, quality and commitment to sustainability. They have manufactured locally for many years and have a strong executive team that has set a clear, exciting direction. They would love a strong National Account Manager to continue their exceptional results within the retail channel, with a view to developing into broader roles in the near future.
The Role:
Reporting to the GM Sales & Marketing, you will hold a very important role within the team. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive growth through NPD and strategic business plans
- Develop strong relationships and joint business plans across multiple stakeholders within key retail partners
- Work closely with your internal operations, marketing and account teams
- Utilise data and analytics to generate category insights and accurate forecasting
Your Background:
- Strong experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment, Coles or Woolworths experience is essential
- Track record of growth and innovation
- Excellent relationship and influencing ability
- Ability to work with complex financial and economic data
- Able to grasp new concepts easily and can hit the ground running
