The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to join the Dexus Funds Management team on a permanent part-time basis working 4 days per week. You will provide timely and proactive administrative support to the team in key deliverables and projects.

As a Team Assistant within Funds Management at Dexus, you'll have a direct impact on the operation of our business. Your contribution will shift the way our people work and how our projects come to life, enabling the broader Dexus team to progress.

The role:

Working closely with the Executive Assistant for Funds Management, the Team Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day calendar and meeting management for several of the Fund Management leadership team as well as other general administration tasks. You will also be responsible for formatting all documents, reports and presentations in accordance with company brand guidelines, processing invoices, managing purchase orders, reconciling credit card expenses, etc.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years' experience working as a Team Assistant in a large corporate environment reporting to multiple managers. You will be skilled in diary management and board paper preparation. You will be a forward thinker with an inquisitive mind, a great problem solver as well an exceptional communicator. You will enjoy senior stakeholder engagement, working in a dynamic & fast paced environment and have a natural ability to multitask without compromising quality. Through your prior roles, you will have demonstrated accountability, attention to detail, solid organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
