Your new opportunity

You’ll be an experienced Company Secretary Assistant and will join the team in a permanent full-time capacity, supporting senior members both locally and nationally. You will be in integral part in supporting KPMG's Company Secretary.

In this dynamic and integral role, you will use your Executive Administration experience to:

  • Support the Company Secretary in their role planning, managing and implementing governance matters for:
  • the National Board of the KPMG Australia Partnership (Board) and its Committees
  • the National Executive Committee (NEC). so as to facilitate the efficient and effective management of the operations of both the Board and the NEC
  • KPMG Group companies in respect of corporate secretarial matters

  • Provide general administrative support, including coordinating the timely completion and distribution of meeting papers, arranging all meeting logistics, and managing projects as required.
  • Facilitate the efficient and effective management of the operations of both the Board and the NEC in respect of corporate secretarial matters
  • Support the local team by providing general administrative support, including accurately formulating and processing correspondence, reports, expenses and other key requirements.

Your personal attributes

Your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

  • Relevant experience in administration support to Executive teams in a fast paced, corporate environment, preferably in professional services
  • Confidence, personal presentation and communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise tact, discretion, initiative and sound judgment
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
