This role acts as a key liaison between the centre management and the customer service teams. This role also assists in ensuring the customer service desk provides accurate and timely information is provided to our customers (both shoppers and retailers) across all channels and for providing the sale and/or rental of ‘value add’ services and mobility solutions offered by Lendlease.

In addition, this role will work closely with the centre management team to provide assistance with the administration, marketing and promotion of the centre through many channels. You must ensure to be available to work Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance in delivering accurate and timely information to customers to maximise their experience in a Lendlease managed shopping centre.
  • Actively facilitates the sale and/or rental of value add services and/or mobility/community solutions that are offered through the customer service desk to stakeholders.
  • Acts as a front of house contact for operational suppliers and contractors in the shopping centre.
  • Provides assistance to the centre management team with the ongoing promotion and marketing of the centre.
  • Provides assistance to the centre management team with ongoing administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provides periodic input into the reporting requirements of the centre management activities and performance.
  • Provides assistance in ensuring feedback is supplied to the centre management team on customer service enquires across many channels to enable the business to implement improvements aligned to Lendlease Retail strategy.
