Casual worker wanted for day shift Cracking Line Operator in food production factory located in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a dynamic, mechanically minded all-rounder with a LF forklift licence. Must be prepared for hands on hard work!

Responsibilities for the role will include:

· Operation of cracking plant machinery

· Good Mechanical Aptitude(able to perform minor mechanical repairs to equipment)

· Regulate machine flow, speed

· Stop or reset machine when malfunction occurs, clear jams

· Cleaning spills

The most suitable candidate would:

· possess broad mechanical / manufacturing knowledge on manufacturing and production processes

· have experience in a Production Team Work Environment

· be an experienced Forklift Operator with a current licence

· be task/process focused – you are able to complete repetitive work to a high standard

· be willing to be trained and to follow written & verbal instruction as required

· be able to follow instruction and processes

· be able to work unsupervised at times

· be reasonably physically fit

· be reliable
