Every day Retailers and Wholesalers around Australia, New Zealand and soon the USA, use our unified platform to manage and scale their business, selling in more channels, whilst boosting their efficiency; our product is the first thing they turn on in the morning and the last thing they turn off at the end of the day.

We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Product Marketer with a passion for storytelling to join our team.

What you’ll be doing?

Working with our Product and Marketing teams, you’ll tap into the experience you’ve gained through your career to drive commercial results through:

  • Owning and driving GTM product launches for new features, integrations and partnerships
  • Developing positioning and messaging for new products, features and integrations that communicates a position that is clear, differentiated and defensible
  • Driving the ongoing adoption for existing features, integrations and partnerships that align to meet commercial targets
  • Using fact based storytelling to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Developing and execute innovative and compelling marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating and developing product focused sales and marketing collateral such as competitive analysis, blogs, webinars, videos, demos, product brochure and landing pages
  • Coordinating competitor research, competitive landscape and Neto target market analysis
  • Contributing to product strategy, product concepts and business cases
  • Contributing to optimisation of Customer and Partner Journey
  • Assisting the sales team and wider organisation to understand how to sell new products/features and offerings

What you’ll offer:
  • Significant Product Marketing experience in SaaS or ecommerce, or other related industries
  • Strong ability to translate and communicate technical information into non-technical terms
  • Proven experience creating GTM plans to launch features and integrations
  • Proven experience driving adoption of existing products/features
  • Extensive experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experienced with Marketing Automation software
  • Strong written communication skills, comfortable writing short and long form copy
  • An articulate speaker, comfortable in front of a camera
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build positive and effective working relationships
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, with a flair for creativity.
  • Passionate about delighting customers and keeping their interests at heart
  • Highly organised with a get sh*t done attitude
