Seeking: An experienced, passionate, data-driven and product focussed Marketing Professional who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment where your efforts will be truly recognised and valued.

The Position: An exciting opportunity to become a product SME and take full ownership of marketing plan and execution overseeing feature updates and launches. You will report to the Product Business Unit Head with a dotted line to the core Marketing function of the Company who will provide day-to-day operational support and resources.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and convert to sales leads
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients and competitors
  • Collaborate with Product Management and the core marketing team to develop product positioning that resonates with target prospects
  • Understand and document client processes to drive changes to sales and marketing processes
  • Develop marketing plans for products including campaign activities and supporting expense budget to support client retention and new client acquisition
  • Take ownership of your allocated marketing budget
  • Assess effectiveness of marketing programs, reporting back to the business on ROI, roadblocks and required changes
  • Plan product launches and releases
  • Understand and support sales channels, collaborating with the sales team to educate them on the problems the business solves for their clients
Experience and Skills Required:
  • At least 3 years of generalist marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Proficiency using marketing productivity applications (e.g. asana)
  • Strong experience in networking tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook & Instagram)
  • Exceptional ROI tracking skills
  • A confident speaker, comfortable in front of groups and liaising with senior decision makers
  • Solid writing skills
  • Creative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (google analytics, SEMRush, Hotjar)
  • Data-Driven and experienced in reporting and presenting results/findings to internal teams and Management
  • Software: CRM systems essential. Knowledge and experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot will be highly advantageous (and/or alternative marketing automation tools)
  • Banking, Technology, Legal or Property industry experience will highly advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure
  • A true team player who enjoys working in a participative, empowered environment sets and achieves high work standards
