About The Role
We are currently seeking an Order Fulfilment Officer to join our team at the Brisbane Processing Centre. In this role, you will manage and replenish temperature-controlled inventory (blood and blood products), while adhering to cold-chain compliance standards. Operating in a laboratory environment, you are accountable for the delivery of safe and timely distribution of life-giving blood.
You will act with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm and be able to think on your feet and notice the little details, such as matching blood groups. You will demonstrate an aptitude to learning medical terminology to liaise with stakeholders in the medical profession and deliver an exceptional service. Your safety and wellbeing is the most valuable thing, so it’s important that you have a strong focus on quality and safety.
The role is permanent, part-tme for 24 hours per week. There will be varied shifts across a 7 day roster anywhere between 7:30am - 11:30pm. Your flexibility is appreciated due to rosters changing week to week, there are three different shifts – morning, afternoon and night.

Salary is determined using the Lifeblood specific Enterprise Agreement. This position is classified under Logistics Grade 2.
