JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Perth team. You will have a passion for social impact assessment , stakeholder engagement, and community engagement, with the willingness to work across a range of industry sectors. The successful applicant will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team across a variety of infrastructure, resources, environmental, regional and place-making projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

    • Design and delivery of social impact studies
    • Planning, analysing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research
    • Drafting and editing reports
    • Designing and implementing stakeholder and community consultation processes
    • Preparing communication materials, such as communication plans, social media plans, newsletters, and other collateral
    • Working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
    • Assist to grow and develop business in the area of impact assessment
    • Provide project support including proposal preparation

    • Ability to understand and analyse complex information
    • Experience in developing social impact assessments
    • Strategic thinker and influencer with strong stakeholder engagement skills
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience preparing a range of documents and reports
    • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good ability to organize, prioritise and manage multiple activities and deadlines
    • Solid understanding of practical on-the-ground engagement activities, techniques and platforms
    • Relevant Tertiary qualification, with 10-15 years’ experience
