A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a family owned, tight knit & friendly team of professionals. First National Mulgrave Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated, energetic & hardworking individual who is looking to kick start their career in Real Estate as a Sales Cadet/Trainee.

The successful individual will have the rare opportunity to obtain the Agents Representative Certificate by way of traineeship with the assistance from our top leading sales agents and on-site training.

Tasks include:

• Finding new business through door knocking and phone canvassing
• Current Australian Drivers License

• Database calls
• Letterbox drops
• Attending inspections (final, building, pest inspections etc…)
• General appointments and duties attending training as required

The successful applicant will have:

• Superior customer service skills
• Clear and precise communication
• Passion for property and the drive to work hard and meet KPIS
• Top-notch organisational skills
• Positive attitude

Position is full time.
