Inventory SAP repairs experience with analytical background, working capital reduction projects

Inventory Supply Chain Specialist (Inventory Planning and Analysis)

Core Accountabilities

  • Work collaboratively with Centralised Inventory teams and Regional Operational colleagues to optimise and deliver sustainable inventory strategy and analysis across the entire supply chain.
  • Global Master Data alignment, compliance, and accuracy with an emphasis on regional inputs and business needs.
  • Inventory Balance Reconciliation and regional specific reporting
  • Inventory Repairs Mgmt., Service Exchange procurement processes, and inventory returns optimisation for damaged cores.
  • Regional specific reporting to regulatory bodies
  • Participate and support activities such that Inventory meets the Business Plan and meets Department and Global KPIs.
  • Assist other supply chain sub-functions in resolving complex issues or meeting any inventory strategy and analytics related obligations.
  • Assist the Operational teams and leaders in resolving any supply chain associated activities or issues to ensure optimal business performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and / or similar qualification in a commercial, business and/or technical discipline would be preferred.


Experience & Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of end to end Supply Chain functions and processes
  • Demonstrated experience with Inventory Analytics & Strategy
  • Demonstrated experience with MRP functions & Inventory best practices
  • Demonstrated experience with Cost Modelling
  • Demonstrated experience with Inventory reporting
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP Master Data and cataloguing
  • Collaborative mind-set and advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Capable in building constructive long term relationships.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments
  • Ability to think laterally to independently resolve issues and influence change.
  • Autonomous, detail oriented, organised, and objective.
  • Communication skills enabling the influencing of a diverse stakeholder group
  • Ability to work individually and in a team as required.
  • Ability to support Supply Leaders to deliver upon department KPIs.
