Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with one of Australia's leading wealth management firms to recruit a polished, professional, and impressive Corporate Receptionist to work on their front desk on a full-time basis.

The Role

Based in the heart of the CBD, you will join this collaborative and supportive team in a Corporate Reception position, where you and one other receptionist will provide superior support to the wider business. Based on a polished, corporate front desk, this is a varied and exciting role for a friendly, professional and warm candidate.

The Duties
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Maintain and manage meeting rooms and bookings
  • Maintain meeting room calendar
  • Managing invoices for the team
  • Ensuring all catering, equipment and room set-ups are met in a timely manner
  • Event management - booking rooms, catering & RSVP's
  • Administration support for dealing floor including printing labels for mail, word processing, photocopying and faxing
  • Maintain tidiness of reception and meeting rooms
The Candidate

To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Demonstrate

This is a varied, fast-paced role that will require a Corporate Receptionist with a dynamic approach, a proactive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong service ethic.
  • Experience working as a Corporate Receptionist/Flight Attendant or Administrative role
  • Previous experience working within financial services is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • A well-organized, process orientated and positive approach
The Offering

A varied and dynamic role for an experienced Corporate Receptionist in a highly desirable business. Work life balance, a friendly and experienced team, a meaty workload AND flexible hours (work between 7.30am to 4.00pm and 9.00am to 5.30pm, rostered weekly), this is a great opportunity to build your experience within a very well established business. With an immediate start date for the right candidate and a salary paying up to $60,000 plus super, this role won't be around for long.
