What this opportunity involves-

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to work onsite one of our Client’s!

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of compliance and risk management services relating to the property management function of the Client’s portfolio. Ensure legislative, Work, Health and Safety (WHS) and contractual compliance to manage potential risk across the property portfolio are up-to-date and adhered to.

Snapshot of the role-

  • Developing, implementing and managing the account’s compliance program and minimizing risk to JLL and the Client
  • Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues
  • Developing account compliance communications
  • Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees
  • Managing, using and developing account compliance and risk systems
  • Identify problems, gaps, opportunities and processes to bring the portfolio up to industry and legislative requirements
  • Develop efficient processes and procedures to allow facilities management staff to monitor contractors to ensure they meet compliance requirements

To be successful, you’ll be a confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for providing quality client service and a keen eye for detail! You’ll be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving, and has the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.

You’ll demonstrate flexibility, an ability to adapt to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property compliance and risk management or associated discipline and a track record of driving delivery to the highest standard will make you a star candidate!
